By placing an order on www.overstitch.store, you agree to this Return & Exchange Policy. Overstitch reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions. Products purchased during clearance, sales, discounts, or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All requests, including those for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, must be initiated through the website only. Requests via email, social media, or other channels will not be accepted.
How to Create a Return
- At the bottom of the page, click on “Make a Return/Exchange”
- Enter the required details, such as your order number and the phone number associated with the order.
- Select the product you want to return or exchange.
- Choose the reason for the return or exchange.
- Submit your return/exchange request.
RETURN FEE
A flat return fee of ₹150 per product applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from the refund or store credit. This fee is charged per product and is non-refundable.
Exchanges are free of charge.
PICKUP & LOGISTICS
Once approved, pickup will be attempted within 24–48 hours, with a maximum of two attempts. If both attempts fail, the customer must ship the product back at their own expense.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES PROCESSING
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the product passes quality inspection. Exchange dispatch may take an additional 2–4 working days. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Any item showing stains, odours, damage, alterations, or signs of use will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.
