APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

BY PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH WWW.OVERSTITCH.STORE OR INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS CONTAINED HEREIN, YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO PROCEED WITH A TRANSACTION ON OUR WEBSITE.

OVERSTITCH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS POLICY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. CUSTOMERS ARE ADVISED TO REVIEW THE POLICY BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE TO ENSURE THEY UNDERSTAND THE APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

7-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

WE OFFER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 7 (SEVEN) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS MENTIONED BELOW.

ONCE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED BY OUR TEAM, OUR LOGISTICS PARTNER WILL ATTEMPT A PICKUP WITHIN 24–48 HOURS. PICKUP WILL BE ATTEMPTED TWICE. IF UNSUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE USING A COURIER SERVICE OF YOUR CHOICE.

  2. SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM AND CLICK ON "INITIATE RETURN / EXCHANGE"

  3. ENTER YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND THE EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER USED WHILE PLACING THE ORDER

  4. SELECT A REASON FOR THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  5. CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED RESOLUTION — STORE CREDIT OR PRODUCT EXCHANGE

RESOLUTION OPTIONS

  • STORE CREDIT: REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT, WHICH CAN BE USED ON ANY FUTURE PURCHASE ON WWW.OVERSTITCH.STORE

  • EXCHANGE: YOU MAY REQUEST A REPLACEMENT FOR THE SAME ITEM OR ANOTHER PRODUCT OF EQUAL VALUE. IF THE REQUESTED ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED INSTEAD.

QUALITY CHECK & PROCESSING TIME

ONCE THE PRODUCT REACHES OUR WAREHOUSE AND PASSES A MANDATORY QUALITY CHECK, YOUR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 5–7 WORKING DAYS. IN THE CASE OF AN EXCHANGE, DISPATCH OF THE NEW ITEM MAY TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 5–10 WORKING DAYS.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  • THE PRODUCT MUST BE UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION

  • ALL TAGS, LABELS, AND PACKAGING MUST BE INTACT

  • THE PRODUCT MUST BE FREE FROM ODOUR, STAINS, TEARS, OR DAMAGE

  • THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE ITEM ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER

  • PRODUCTS RETURNED IN A WORN OR DAMAGED CONDITION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

OVERSTITCH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE THAT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • PREPAID ORDERS ARE FINAL AND NON-CANCELLABLE

  • CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS MAY BE CANCELLED ONLY IF THEY HAVE NOT YET BEEN DISPATCHED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE

ALL ELIGIBLE REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AS STORE CREDIT ONLY, VALID FOR 6 (SIX) MONTHSFROM THE DATE OF ISSUE. STORE CREDIT IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE TO ANY PAYMENT METHOD.

SHIPPING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
