Shipping policy
At Overstitch, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered swiftly, securely, and with the highest level of care. Below are the details of our shipping policy, which outlines everything you need to know about order processing, delivery timelines, tracking, and reverse pick-up procedures.
1. Delivery Time
- We process all orders within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. This includes verification, packaging, and handing over to our trusted courier partners.
- Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 7-12 business days to reach most locations across India. However, delivery times may vary based on the destination, logistics availability, and any external factors affecting transit.
- Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: We offer free delivery on all prepaid orders, ensuring you receive your products without any additional shipping charges.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If you choose the Cash on Delivery option, a COD fee of ₹129 will be applicable per order. This additional charge helps cover the processing and handling of cash payments.
3. Order Tracking
- As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Mail. This link will allow you to monitor your order's journey in real time.
- If you do not receive a tracking update within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us for assistance.
4. Delivery Areas
- Currently, we only ship within India and do not support international shipping.
- We strive to ensure coverage across a wide range of pin codes within India, but delivery availability may depend on the serviceability of courier partners in your region.
5. Possible Delays
- While we aim to deliver all orders within the specified timeframe, delays may sometimes occur due to unforeseen factors such as:
- Weather disruptions
- High demand periods (festivals, sales, etc.)
- Courier partner delays
- Unforeseen logistical challenges
- In case of any delay, we will keep you informed regarding the status of your order. If an order is delayed beyond a reasonable time frame, please contact us, and we will assist you accordingly.
6. Delivery Issues
- If your order arrives in a damaged condition or if there are missing items, please inform us at overstitch.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- To ensure a smooth resolution, kindly provide the following details:
- Clear images of the damaged product and packaging
- Order number and tracking details
- A brief description of the issue
- Our team will assess the concern and provide the next steps for a replacement or resolution.
7. Reverse Pick-up & Returns
- If you need to return or exchange a product, our courier partner will attempt a pick-up twice from the provided address.
- If the courier service is unable to pick up the shipment after two attempts, you will need to send the shipment back to our warehouse manually at your own expense.
- Please note that reverse pick-up is subject to service availability at your PIN code. In case the service is unavailable in your area, you will be required to arrange the return shipping through a courier service of your choice.
- Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality check to ensure it meets our return guidelines. Upon approval, your exchange or return request will be processed further.
- The processing time for refunds or exchanges may vary, but we aim to complete the process at the earliest once the product has been successfully inspected.
