FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT BASED ON DESTINATION AND ORDER WEIGHT.

WHILE WE STRIVE FOR WIDE COVERAGE, DELIVERY AVAILABILITY IS SUBJECT TO THE SERVICEABILITY OF OUR COURIER PARTNERS IN YOUR AREA.

7. REVERSE PICK-UP & RETURNS

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT, OUR COURIER WILL ATTEMPT REVERSE PICK-UP TWICE FROM YOUR ADDRESS.
IF UNSUCCESSFUL, YOU’LL NEED TO SEND THE ITEM BACK MANUALLY AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
REVERSE PICK-UP IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN SERVICEABLE PIN CODES. IF NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA, PLEASE USE A COURIER OF YOUR CHOICE TO RETURN THE ITEM.
ONCE THE RETURN REACHES US, IT WILL GO THROUGH A QUALITY CHECK. IF APPROVED, WE’LL PROCEED WITH YOUR EXCHANGE OR ISSUE A REFUND IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT.
