DELIVERY TIME

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days across most locations in India. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, or unforeseen transit delays.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email. If tracking details are not received within 2 business days, customers are advised to contact our support team.

DELIVERY AREAS

We currently ship across India. Delivery is subject to the serviceability of courier partners for the provided address or pin code.

POSSIBLE DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, high-volume periods, courier partner delays, or other logistical constraints. In such cases, our team will assist and provide updates until delivery is completed.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If an order is received damaged, defective, or with missing items, a return or exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery through our website. Supporting photos or videos of the product and packaging, along with order details, are required for review.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • A flat return fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund on all approved returns. This fee is non-refundable.

  • Exchanges are free of charge.

  • All returned products undergo a quality inspection before approval.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method, bank transfer, or store credit, as selected during the request.

  • Products purchased under sale, discount, or promotional offers are eligible for return or exchange only in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

REVERSE PICKUP

Reverse pickup will be attempted where serviceable. If pickup is unsuccessful or unavailable, customers must arrange self-shipping at their own cost.
