At Overstitch, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 5-day return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience. Our goal is to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible so that you can shop with confidence.
You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order with our free return policy, applicable to all products except clearance sale items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
We’ve made the return and exchange process quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps:

Visit the Initiate Return / Exchange page
- Scroll to the bottom of our website and click on the "Initiate Return / Exchange" link.

Enter your details
- Provide your Order Number and the Email/Phone Number used while placing the order.

Select your return/exchange reason and preferred resolution
- Choose the reason for your return or exchange from the available options.
- Select whether you want a refund, store credit, or an exchange for another product.

Choose your refund or exchange option

Refund Options:
- Original mode of payment (Valid for prepaid orders only)
- Bank transfer (For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit)
- Store credit (Use for future purchases on our website)

Exchange Option:
- Select your replacement product. If the requested product is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit or a refund.

Verification and pickup arrangement

Once we verify your request, we’ll schedule a pickup of the product from your address. After the item reaches our warehouse and clears the quality check, we’ll process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Return Pickup Attempts
We will make two pickup attempts for your return or exchange. If the item is not picked up after the second attempt, you will need to ship the package to us at your own cost.

Return & Exchange Guidelines
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
- Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit since cash refunds are not possible.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, you will receive a refund or store credit as per your selection.
Clearance Sale Items

Products sold under the clearance sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items that fall under the clearance sale category will have a clear red text notification in the product description stating:
"This product, sold under the clearance sale, is not eligible for returns or exchanges."
